We are looking for a reliable and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team, covering London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing client meetings across your region.
- Achieving sales targets with a proactive and independent approach.
This is a full-time role requiring regular travel across the North-East region.

- Provide technical support for lighting products, including troubleshooting and addressing client queries.
- Assist with CAD work and technical drawings for project documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure technical accuracy in lighting design and project implementation.
- Stay updated on lighting products, systems, and technologies to support innovation.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, eager to learn and grow in the lighting industry.
Full-time position based in Mitcham, Surrey.
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm, with paid overtime opportunities.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic warehouse operative to join our lighting manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading vehicles and checking stock into our system.
- Sorting and placing materials on racks and shelves.
- Picking and packing goods, ensuring they are complete and in good condition.
- Conducting stock control, inventory checks, and location verification.
- Operating forklifts and pallet trucks to store products and components.
- Suggesting and implementing storage process improvements.
- Assisting the purchasing team, while maintaining a tidy warehouse and yard, reporting to the Operations Manager or Production Supervisor.
Full-time position based in Mitcham, Surrey. Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm, with paid overtime opportunities.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY & WIRING
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our lighting manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling and packing luminaires at a fully equipped workbench.
- Wiring and electrically testing products after training or based on prior experience.
- Assisting with deliveries and supporting other team members as needed.
