Our role was to develop and deliver a lighting strategy that upgraded the store to LED, aligned with sustainability targets, and integrated cleanly with the existing layout, avoiding any costly ceiling works.

Located at 1 Drummond Gate, the 108,000 sq ft space supports a hybrid working model, offering 700 desks, flexible meeting areas, and vibrant communal spaces. From the welcoming Benugo Café to the open-plan floors and Partner dining room, every part of the building was designed around people, and the lighting needed to match.

Working closely with the design team, we supplied a selection of luminaires that complement both the architecture and the interiors. Featured products include: 

• Vega LED Downlights – delivering consistent lighting across breakout areas and communal spaces, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• 1200×300 MPanel Luminaires – providing low-glare, comfortable illumination over desks and meeting rooms, supporting focus and clarity throughout the day.

• Gimteq Adjustable Spotlights – introducing flexible accent lighting to highlight key features and add subtle depth to different areas.

Every fitting was chosen with purpose, to feel like a natural extension of the space rather than an add-on.
