50 GEORGE STREET

Edge Lighting supplied the lighting for 50 George Street, a 33,000 sq ft commercial redevelopment tucked behind Baker Street. Designed by Anomaly, the building blends contemporary workspaces with generous outdoor areas—including a rooftop pavilion and over 7,000 sq ft of terraces. A considered approach to both design and environmental performance earned the project a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Our role was to deliver lighting that integrates effortlessly with the architecture — meeting energy targets, enhancing visual comfort, and elevating the quality of each space.

LINTEQ 50

Set within bronze perforated SAS ceiling sections, our Linteq 50 reinforces the linear rhythm of the space while remaining visually discreet. Its clean, continuous light supports the architectural intent—bringing order, clarity, and calm to the open-plan layout.

COMPAQ R75

Selected for meeting rooms to provide focused, low-glare illumination with a choice of bezel finishes, the Compaq range is an obvious choice for concentration spaces.

ECLIPSE S400

Installed in stairwells and circulation areas due to it’s non-obtrusive design, Eclipse S400 is a sophisticated lighting element delivering functional lighting of these spaces, with a deliberate ‘halo’ effect glow to reduce contrast.
